Our recruitment and selection service involves Experis Legal Futures acting on your behalf and presenting your personal information to clients (potential employers) and our affiliates. We do not make any employment information available to potential employers without your consent. We do not sell or rent any information we collect as part of our services to any third party. Experis Legal Futures may disclose personal data without choice or notification to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements.

 

2. Accuracy and duration of retention of Personal Data

 

It is important that the data provided by you are accurate and that you inform us if any information relating to your personal data requires updating. You may request your personal data be edited, amended or removed from our database at any time (subject to prior confirmation of identity). We will make any alteration to a candidate’s personal information as soon as it is personally conveyed to us by that candidate. Subject to all other relevant legislation, your personal data will be held by Experis Legal Futures, until you request its removal.
